Payments received after the 5th of the month may incur a late fee of $10 and if we do not receive payment by the end of the month, we may cancel your service.

Our standard service is for one 95 gallon cart (or equivalent in cans) per pickup, per household—we cannot collect any garbage that hasn't been bagged.

Our standard service (twice weekly household garbage pickup) is only $30 per month and bulk waste collections start at $50 per pickup.

We currently operate across Bush and Sun.

Your household waste will be collected twice every week—your pickup schedule will depend on factors such as your location and individual requirements. Once your account is created, we’ll confirm your pickup schedule as well as the day your service will commence.

We start collection very early on your scheduled pickup day, so we kindly ask that all garbage is put out for collection the night before. Please ensure all garbage is placed at the end of your driveway or to the road—if you require special accommodations, please call the office at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup day. 

Of course you can! We also sell our own branded carts at low cost to our customers—it’s yours to keep once you purchase it, so please let us know if you’re interested in a fresh new cart.

Hazardous household waste should not be disposed of as part of your standard garbage collection—some materials and chemicals that may not seem dangerous could react with other materials or chemicals inside the garbage truck or landfill causing fires or explosions, toxic gases, and other environmental or safety hazards.

Hazardous waste will be considered bulk waste and can be arranged for collection—if in doubt, please call the office.

Hazardous waste includes (but is not limited to) household batteries and vehicle batteries, electronics such as televisions or computers, fluorescent light bulbs, paint and paint cans, used motor oil and filters, prescription medications and medical waste, sharps such as needles or knives, appliances such as microwaves and refrigerators, storm or construction debris, and aggregate or rocks.

Within reason, we’re happy for you to place any one-off extra bagged garbage next to your usual cart or cans for collection—if you have a larger number of extra bags to be collected, please call the office or submit a request through our SERVICES page to arrange a bulk waste collection. 

Bulk waste is a larger number of extra bagged garbage or anything you cannot dispose of as typical household waste—such as furniture and mattresses, appliances, toilets and sinks, storm or construction debris, aggregate and rocks, hazardous household waste, etc. Bulk waste collections start at $50 and can be arranged by calling the office or submitting a request through our SERVICES page.

If your pickup schedule will be impacted by a holiday or storm, you will be notified in advance or as soon as possible and we will work hard to keep you informed of how your service may be affected.
